About

We opened in 2019. Whyte Ave got us through.

Two of us, one small room, and a lease we probably shouldn't have signed. We wanted a place on the avenue that felt like a kitchen — eggs the way you ask, coffee from people we know, a tray of something warm by the window. Six years on, the regulars outnumber the strangers most mornings, which is exactly what we hoped for.

The room — brick wall, hanging bulbs, wooden tables and yellow chairsthe room, morning light through the front windows
